What Is Psychodrama?
Psychodrama is a powerful action method used in psychotherapy and education to increase comfort with play, allow access to intuition and creativity while increasing flexibility of thinking, problem solving skills, and a sense of personal well being.
Group member who attend these workshops come from varied backgrounds to work together on issues (past, present, or future-related). Group themes may include family pressures, work-related problems, separation and divorce, grief and loss, life transitions, self-defeating patterns, anxiety, and issues of creativity and spirituality.
